Historic Spring Park Pool

Leading the design of this $2.2 million renovation of the Historic Spring Park Pool in Green Cove Springs, Castle Bay Design Studio played a primary role in all aspects of park and infrastructure analysis, historic preservation, planning, design development, and construction oversight.

Puc-Puggy Waterfront Park

Conceptualization and design services for a new waterfront park in downtown Palatka along the St. Johns River waterfront. Park design included a custom playground, zip line, furnishings, lighting, synthetic turf, public art, and native landscaping.

Derbyshire Park

Castle Bay Design Studio provided Master planning and landscape architecture services to revitalize the City’s largest and most popular outdoor sports facility. Programming and design included an NCAA regulation running track, Pop Warner football field, splash pad, playground and more.

Historic Beach Street Revitalization

Castle Bay Design Studio paired the existing Beach Street features with the proposed design features into a series of perspective renderings and aerial videography into a presentation ultimately brought before City Commission and local stakeholders for review, discussion, and approval.

Flagler College Residence Hall

Design of Flagler College Residence Hall pedestrian circulation, entryways, courtyards, and streetscapes to expand the Student Housing program in St. Augustine.

Radisson Resort at The Port

Castle Bay Design Studio has played a large role in the development and redevelopment of the Radisson Resort at The Port property, which includes several hotels, a convention center, a water park, and many amenities throughout the expansive property, which serves the cruise industry at nearby Port Canaveral.

Cocoa Beach Surf Company

Castle Bay Design Studio was once again brought on board with this long-time client to address concerns related to an underutilized streetscape adjacent to the Cocoa Beach Surf Company and to study and conceptualize options for its redevelopment as an enhancement to the main entrance.

Villages of Valencia Phase IV

Landscape and irrigation design for a new phase of this growing community in south St. Augustine. Castle Bay Design Studio also assisted the client with graphics for marketing and presentation efforts.

Villages of Valencia Phase III

Castle Bay Design Studio provided landscape and irrigation design for the new Villages of Valencia Phase III phase in south St. Augustine.

Windsong Acres

Castle Bay Design Studio provided landscape, irrigation, and entry signage design for the new residential community in St. Johns County, Windsong Acres.

Ocean Club Luxury RV Resort

Leveraging the booming outdoor recreation market, specifically the demand for high-end luxury RV destinations, our client reached out to us once again to master plan a dynamic, amenity-rich RV resort within a 44-acre parcel fronting the Intracoastal Waterway on the west boundary and the Atlantic Ocean on the east boundary.

Oak Hill Town Center

Castle Bay Design Studio master-planned the Oak Hill Town Center, a 420-acre, mixed-use community 20 minutes from the fast-growing Space Coast area.

Parrish Farms

Since 2016, Castle Bay Design Studio has been heavily involved in the development of Parrish Farms, a 2800-acre mixed-use community at SR 207 and I-95 in St. Johns County.

5-Tool Training National Sports Complex

Castle Bay Design Studio led the master planning, programming, and visioning for this 135-acre, multi-sport training and event facility in northeast Florida with the goal of becoming a regional “first of its kind” and a nationwide destination for youth sports programs, amateur and professional training events, amateur to professional showcase events and as a collegiate preseason destination venue.

Bulow Plantation

Master-planned mixed-use community in Flagler County set on the background of the historic Bulow River, Bulow Plantation features 250 single-family residences, a campground, and more.

Daisy Stocking Park

Dedicated to Daisy T. Stocking, one of Daytona’s foremost African-American humanitarians and medical practitioners, Daisy Stocking Park is located in the center of Daytona Beach adjacent to Bethune-Cookman College.

Lago Verde

The Lago Verde program features 264 multi-family units, 128 condominium units, and 24 thousand square feet of medical office space weaved in amongst an existing oak canopy and picturesque wetlands.
