Historic Spring Park Pool

Leading the design of this $2.2 million renovation of the Historic Spring Park Pool in Green Cove Springs, Castle Bay Design Studio played a primary role in all aspects of park and infrastructure analysis, historic preservation, planning, design development, and construction oversight.

Puc-Puggy Waterfront Park

Conceptualization and design services for a new waterfront park in downtown Palatka along the St. Johns River waterfront. Park design included a custom playground, zip line, furnishings, lighting, synthetic turf, public art, and native landscaping.

Flagler College Residence Hall

Design of Flagler College Residence Hall pedestrian circulation, entryways, courtyards, and streetscapes to expand the Student Housing program in St. Augustine.

Radisson Resort at The Port

Castle Bay Design Studio has played a large role in the development and redevelopment of the Radisson Resort at The Port property, which includes several hotels, a convention center, a water park, and many amenities throughout the expansive property, which serves the cruise industry at nearby Port Canaveral.

Cocoa Beach Surf Company

Castle Bay Design Studio was once again brought on board with this long-time client to address concerns related to an underutilized streetscape adjacent to the Cocoa Beach Surf Company and to study and conceptualize options for its redevelopment as an enhancement to the main entrance.

Villages of Valencia Phase IV

Landscape and irrigation design for a new phase of this growing community in south St. Augustine. Castle Bay Design Studio also assisted the client with graphics for marketing and presentation efforts.
