PROJECT OVERVIEW:

Castle Bay Design Studio was once again brought on board with this long-time client to address concerns related to an underutilized streetscape adjacent to the CBSC and to study and conceptualize options for its redevelopment as an enhancement to the main entrance into the CBSC. This area was to also feature an outdoor patio as part of a long-term partnership with Starbucks Coffee and CBSC. Castle Bay ensured the design of the streetscape and outdoor dining space worked symbiotically to improve the overall function and aesthetics of the corridor.
