Despite a local civil engineering firm leading the project, the City Commission and Public Works Department requested Castle Bay Design Studio be added to the project team to ensure the presentation of the project’s vision to local stakeholders was of the highest standard. Once on board, Castle Bay paired the existing Beach Street features with the proposed design features into a series of perspective renderings and aerial videography into a presentation which was ultimately brought before City Commission and local stakeholders for review, discussion, and approval.
