PROJECT OVERVIEW:

Leveraging the booming outdoor recreation market, specifically the demand for high-end luxury RV destinations, our client reached out to us once again to master plan a dynamic, amenity-rich RV resort within a 44-acre parcel fronting the Intracoastal Waterway on the west boundary and the Atlantic Ocean on the east boundary. Residents of this 170-lot RV community can walk to the beach for sunrise and sit on the expansive dock overlooking the ICW for sunset while enjoying all of Ocean Club’s unique amenities. The community will feature two pool amenity areas, picnic tables, and bbq grills flanking the meandering edges of a pedestrian trail system, a dog park, several bathroom facilities with private showers, and a small “community within a community,” which will feature ten ultra-premium lots within an existing oak hammock and their own private lounge and bathroom facilities.
