PROJECT OVERVIEW:

Over the past several years’ Castle Bay Design Studio has played a large role in the development and redevelopment of the Radisson Resort property, which includes several hotels, a convention center, a water park, and many amenities throughout the expansive property, which serves the cruise industry at nearby Port Canaveral. Most recently, Castle Bay has been working alongside the client group to renovate the front of the property to improve vehicular circulation patterns, ingress/egress points, signage, and landscape improvements, as well as converting an underutilized central green space into a water park within the resort featuring a 3-story water tower, surrounding splash pad area and associated deck space.
