We are now accepting applications for our Summer 2026 Internship Program.
Our internship program offers aspiring landscape architects the opportunity to gain real-world experience in a collaborative, studio-based environment. Interns at Castle Bay Design Studio are actively involved in ongoing projects, learning through hands-on work, mentorship, and exposure to all phases of design. We are committed to supporting the growth of emerging designers and fostering a studio culture rooted in creativity, curiosity, and professional development. As an intern, you may assist with a wide range of projects and initiatives, including:
- Parks and recreation master planning
- The design of multi-million-dollar sports complexes
- Historic streetscapes and context-sensitive public spaces
- Intimate pocket parks and community gathering spaces
- Residential community master planning
- High-end residential landscape design
- The pursuit of public contracts, including RFQ/RFP preparation
- Day-to-day design tasks within a dynamic and fast-paced studio environment
All applicants will hear back from Castle Bay at the conclusion of the application period.
