PROJECT OVERVIEW:

The Heritage Roundabout at Babcock Ranch celebrates the community’s rich agricultural roots through a thoughtfully curated landmark experience. Building upon a previously completed conceptual vision, Castle Bay developed a comprehensive design narrative inspired by the region’s heritage — incorporating a materially accurate replica of the historic Babcock Ranch gateway, a sculptural molasses tank, life-size bronze cowboys on horseback, custom fencing, layered stonework, and native landscape elements. The result is a dynamic focal point that honors the past while creating a memorable sense of arrival.

Transitioning from concept to implementation, Castle Bay prepared full construction documentation, including detailed site, hardscape, lighting, landscape, and irrigation plans to bring the vision to life. Working in close coordination with the client and consultant team, including structural engineering, the project advances from visualization to reality as a signature civic landmark that reinforces identity, history, and place.
