PROJECT OVERVIEW:

A 13-acre parcel of land purchased to inhibit future single-family development while providing more ”high-value” park space for County residents and visitors alike, with direct access to an expansive, amenity-packed beachfront park featuring 550 feet of pristine, untouched Atlantic Ocean frontage.

Highlights within Bay Drive Park include a Florida vernacular-themed amenity building strategically located within the secondary dune ecosystem, featuring a covered, open-air rooftop observation deck with the primary purpose of providing an elevated platform for direct viewing of the locally unique annual Right Whale Migration. This observation deck features custom educational signage, fixed high-powered binoculars, and seating throughout. In addition to the amenity building, Bay Drive Park also features 100% native landscaping, a ½-mile-long multi-use trail, bocce ball and horseshoe courts, outdoor rinse showers, boardwalks and dune crossovers, picnic areas, and ample parking.
