A picturesque setting on the shores of the Intracoastal Waterway in Vilano Beach, the owners of this property tasked Castle Bay with the full exterior design of the project from initial conceptual site planning through construction oversight. Spanning over 2 years of design, permitting, and construction, Castle Bay provided the owners with a fully customized design including a long, meandering driveway approach, event lawn, infinity pool with large entertainment deck and fireplace, secluded secondary fireplace for private relaxation, cast bronze landscape lighting, and shell pathways and a native landscape treatment throughout.
