PROJECT OVERVIEW:

Working alongside the client and land-use attorney, Castle Bay Design Studio led the master planning of this 63-acre mixed development in Daytona Beach, FL. The Lago Verde program features 264 multi-family units, 128 condominium units, and 24 thousand square feet of medical office space weaved in amongst an existing oak canopy and picturesque wetlands.
