PROJECT OVERVIEW:

Located in the exclusive Hammock Beach community in Palm Coast, a cornerstone in the early days of the design was conscious planning approach to purposefully situate the home amongst a grove of existing Sabal Palms, Sand Live Oaks, and palmetto, with a formal entrance and elevated perch taking full advantage of sweeping golf course and ocean views to the east and the beautiful sunsets in the west.
