Castle Bay Design Studio master-planned this 420-acre, mixed-use community 20 minutes from the fast-growing Space Coast area. In addition to almost 700 residential homes, the development was programmed and designed to feature a town center with 366 thousand square feet of commercial retail space and nearly 300 multi-family units. Supporting the development of the community was a strategic partnership with the local school board for a land dedication set aside within the community for the future development of a K-8 school adjacent to the town center.
