Castle Bay led the conceptualization and design of a custom entry signage feature, developing multiple design options that explored form, materials, and visual character before refining a preferred concept into a fully detailed solution. The resulting design creates a welcoming and recognizable gateway that reinforces the community’s identity while complementing the surrounding context.
Advancing from concept through implementation, Castle Bay prepared construction documentation for the entry feature along with enhanced landscape plans that elevate the required roadway buffer into a cohesive streetscape. Working in coordination with Crawford, Murphy & Tilly for structural design, the project integrates architectural detailing, planting design, and signage into a unified entry sequence that establishes a strong first impression for residents and visitors alike.
