Since 2016, Castle Bay Design Studio has been heavily involved in the development of Parrish Farms, a 2800-acre mixed-use community at SR 207 and I-95 in St. Johns County, featuring 1,700 single-family homes, 2,000 multifamily units, 4 million square feet of nonresidential uses including commercial retail space, office space, light industrial, and hotel rooms.

Since 2016, Castle Bay Design Studio has been heavily involved in the development of Parrish Farms, a 2800-acre mixed-use community at SR 207 and I-95 in St. Johns County, featuring 1,700 single-family homes, 2,000 multifamily units, 4 million square feet of nonresidential uses including commercial retail space, office space, light industrial, and hotel rooms. Tying the uses together is a network of Complete-Streets-inspired roadways inclusive of protected off-street bicycle lanes and pedestrian paths promoting alternative forms of safe travel throughout the community and connections to existing trail systems beyond the community.
