Tasked with finding a unique and creative way to take a mixed-use program and produce a master plan that provided 280+ multi-family units and 100k square feet of commercial space within a “village style” setting, Castle Bay prepared a plan that exceeded all program desires of the client.

PROJECT OVERVIEW:
Tasked with finding a unique and creative way to take a mixed-use program and produce a master plan that provided 280+ multi-family units and 100k square feet of commercial space within a “village style” setting, Castle Bay prepared a plan that exceeded all program desires of the client. Most uniquely, the master plan centered around a “central green,” which physically and visually linked the multi-family amenity area with the commercial district and view beyond to the intersection at SR207 and Cypress Links Blvd, allowing passersby to see into the activated spaces and vibrancy of the mixed-use village.
