PROJECT OVERVIEW:

Tasked with creating a dynamic entry feature commensurate with the quality of a Babcock Ranch community, Castle Bay began with a series of hand sketches to conceptualize a variety of options ranging from traditional entry design features into some very unique, tailored designs. Ultimately, after sketching nearly a dozen different designs, Castle Bay chose 3 to further develop through 3D modeling and rendering ahead of a preliminary presentation and discussion with the client team.
