A stone’s throw from Historic Downtown Hastings, Castle Bay is working closely with the master developer on this 170-acre parcel to be a future “Agrihood” residential community. Strategically planned with a centrally located barn, gardens, and an orchard as well as large, estate style home lots placed on the banks of a series of interconnected stormwater lakes featuring a kayak trail and sweeping views of active farmland beyond, this community will anchor the southwest portion of St. Johns County with a high quality, master-planned community which builds upon the rich agricultural history of the Hastings area.
