Teal Circle Residence

With a beautiful home placed in a marsh-front setting with picturesque sunset views, the only piece missing from making this one of the most stunning properties in town was an equally as impressive backyard. Having hired Generation Homes as the contractor, the owners asked for a dynamic design which included a large pool for their favorite family activity of pool volleyball and a desire for a pool house.

PROJECT OVERVIEW:

With a beautiful home in a marsh-front setting with picturesque sunset views, the only piece missing from making this one of the most stunning properties in town was an equally impressive backyard. Having hired Generation Homes as the contractor, the owners asked for a dynamic design that included a large pool for their favorite family activity, pool volleyball, and a desire for a pool house.

Generation Homes recommended that the owners bring on Castle Bay to provide design and construction documentation for this challenging project, given the packed program requirements despite the relatively tight slice of backyard real estate. Ultimately, Castle Bay created the backyard of their dreams, including a double-waterfall, infinity edge pool, an intimate fireside sitting area, a putting green, and lush landscaping.

Additionally, Castle Bay took on the secondary task of providing several innovative and creative solutions for stormwater and drainage design, solving some existing flooding issues the owners were experiencing during storm events.
