A 100-acre parcel in the SW quadrant of the I-95 and S.R. 207 interchange and the northern gateway into the 3,000-acre master-planned Parrish Farms community, Castle Bay has assisted the master developer in a variety of design-related tasks, including large-scale master planning, roadway design, signage design, entitlements, and marketing graphics.
